Fiji enjoys an ideal South Seas tropical climate. Maximum summer (November to April) temperatures average 30 degrees Celsius (86°F) with a water temperature of 80-85°F. The winter average (May to October) maximum is 26 degrees Celsius (79°F) with a water temperature of 75°F. The Fiji sun is much stronger than you might be used to, due to the proximity to the equator. Be sure to bring sun protection!
